The Bulk lister tool is used to add multiple items to the auction at one time. It works by opening up a text file that you make and magically post the items for you. The following instructions will help you learn how to create the text file with all the items you want to post. (NOTE: This is for the advanced user, there is no room for error with this tool.)
Okay, now on to the instructions. The first thing you need to do is create a text file on your computer. The text file can be named anything you wish, just so long as it's extension is ".txt" Once you have created the text file, the next step is to add the items you want to add in the text file. The text file must have a certain format for the bulk lister to work.
Each data field is seperated by a pipe (|). Between each "|", there will contain a certain piece of data for an item. Each line in the text file will represent an item. Please note that it is very important that you make sure there there are no spcaces between items in your text file or the bulk lister will not work. The format of the text file and an example of what the file should look like is below:
1. Title - This is the title for the item. No HTML, just regular characters.
2. Description - This is the description for the item. You can use HTML, but not JavaScript.
3. Category - This is the category for the item. Be sure to have this typed exactly how it is in the auction, otherwise, your item will not show up. Below is a list of categories you can choose from:

4. Auction Length - This is the length in days for the item. (1-10)
5. Starting Bid - This is the starting price for the item. DO NOT put a dollar sign ($). For example if you want to start the item off at $500, put 500.00 into the file.
6. Reserve Price - If you want to add a reserve price to your auction, then put the amount in the file, if you do not want to use a reserve price, then input 0.00 instead. DO NOT use dollar signs ($) with this as well.
7. Buy It Now Price - If you want to add a buy it now price to your auction, then put the amount in the file, if you do not want to use buy it now, then input 0.00 instead. DO NOT use dollar signs ($) with this as well.
8. Bid Increment - The bid increment on default is $1.00, however if you want to chage that, enter the amount. DO NOT use dollar signs ($) for this either.
9. Item Quantity - Enter the amount of items you have for the auction you are listing.
10. Image URL 1 - If you have an image you want to use for your auction, then enter the url to it. You do not have to use an image, if you do not want to add an image, just leave that field blank, just make sure to leave the |'s, so if you left that field blank it would look something like |field||field The area that has the 2 |'s with nothing in between them would be the Image field.
11. Image URL 2 - If you have a second image you want to use for your auction, then enter the url to it. You do not have to use an image, if you do not want to add an image, just leave that field blank, just make sure to leave the |'s, so if you left that field blank it would look something like |field||field The area that has the 2 |'s with nothing in between them would be the Image field.
12. Image URL 3 - If you have a third image you want to use for your auction, then enter the url to it. 13. Image URL 4 - If you have a fourth image you want to use for your auction, then enter the url to it. 14. Image URL 5 - If you have a fifth image you want to use for your auction, then enter the url to it. You do not have to use an image, if you do not want to add an image, just leave that field blank, just make sure to leave the |'s, so if you left that field blank it would look something like |field||field The area that has the 2 |'s with nothing in between them would be the Image field.
15. Item Location - Enter the location that the item is in.
16. Bold Option - If you want your auction listing to be in bold so it will stand out put a " yes " in this field, if you do not want this option, then put a " no ". Please note, this feature cost $ .05
17. Yellow Highlight Option - If you want your auction listing to be highlighted yellow so it will stand out put a " yes " in this field, if you do not want this option, then put a " no ". Please note, this feature cost $ .15
18. Homepage Featured Option - If you want your auction listing to be listed in our homepage featured section, put a " yes " in this field, if you do not want this option, then put a " no ". Please note, this feature cost $ 1.50
19. Category Featured Option - If you want your auction listing to be listed in the category featured section of its category, put a " yes " in this field, if you do not want this option, then put a " no ". Please note, this feature cost $ .20
20. Gallery Featured Option - If you want your auction listing to be listed in the gallery section and have an image preview in the listings ($ .25 ), put a " yes " in this field, if you just want it published with an image preview, but not listed in the Gallery ($ .15 ), put " preview " in this field, and if you do not want this option, then put a " no ".
21. Attention Grabber Icon Option - If you want an icon to appear beside your auction listing to grab attention, pick the icon you want below and put the number beside it in this field (ie: 3), if you do not want this option, then put a " 0 ". Please note, this feature cost $ .08

22. Visitor Counter Option - If you want to have a counter put on your item listing to display how many people have viewed your item, put a " yes " in this field, if you do not want this option, then put a " no ". Please note, this feature cost $ 0.00
23. Region - In this field, you enter the region where the item is located. Entering this helps people find your item when they run a search. Please find the region closest to you and type it in exactly as it is in the list below.

Once you have compiled your test file of all of your items, go to the Sell link, login and then click use Bulk lister, then click browse on the bulk lister forum and find your text file in your computer, select the text file and then submit the bulk lister. The next page will show you a result of all of your items and how much your account was charged.
